1. Why am I receiving an error message that a username and password already exists for the name and email address I’m using?
   
   If you have registered with us before and provided your current email address, your contact information, email address and Race Center information is stored in our database. If you try to register with the same name and email address, the application will notify you that a constituent already exists with that name and email address, and the registration process will be canceled.
   
   If you received this error message, an automatically generated email will be emailed to the email address used during the registration process. Once you receive this email, it will contain your username and password. You can then login, and complete the registration process.
   
   Logging in prior to registration allows you to more easily register (contact information is autofilled for you) and allows you to have access to last year's Race Center information (address books, personal page, etc.).
