SuiteAmerica generously donates our newly renovated Affiliate office space on an on-going, year-round basis, helping us save on a large administrative expense. As a result, Komen is able to keep those funds in local community-based breast cancer programs through advancing education, research, early screening and detection.
Niello BMW
Hosts of the BMW "Ultimate Drive." This national program raises $1.00 for every mile a BMW is test driven by the public. Niello generously matches each $1.00 that is raised and donates that to our affiliate.
Sacramento Harness Association
Hosted the first year of Night at the Races in 2007. The Sacramento Harness Association donates 100 percent of gate proceeds from this event to the Komen Sacramento Affiliate. Audience picks the winning celebrity driver from the Celebrity Challenge Race and are entered in the cash drawing.
The Sacramento Monarchs
Hosts a Breast Health Awareness night each year for our local Affiliate. Part of the celebration is a breast cancer survivor reception winery and an on-court celebration.
The Sacramento River Cats
Hosts a "Swing for the Cure" night with Chevron. On and off the field fundraising events are held throughout the night. The players uniforms include the color pink and they often will use pink bats. It is a great fun-filled family oriented night of entertainment while raising funds for breast cancer.
The Granite Bay Women's Golf Club and Rancho Murieta Golf Club
Donates a significant amount of funds from their tournaments, along with numerous other golf clubs throughout our service area.
The many other individuals and corporations that are instrumental in our local efforts.
Komen Sacramento is constantly building partnerships in our community. We all are driven to find a cure for breast cancer in our life times.
